WHAT ARE YOU DOING DURING COVID-19 AND HOW WILL THIS AFFECT MY PACKAGE?

We are doing everything we can to protect the well-being and safety of our community as coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the world. Based on CDC guidelines, we have taken precautionary measures to increase the frequency of sanitation in our distribution facility and have enforced a social distancing plan. Our warehouse is now working on a restricted schedule and with a smaller team. As such, you may experience a longer delay in order processing before your package ships out while we navigate this new normal. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize in advance for any extended wait. We are a small business and we do appreciate your support during these times. We will be having a massive spring sale later this month. We will be praying for our country, our company, our staff, and our customers to be safe during these tribulations. We place our trust in the creator of it all and we look forward to continuing to expand our mission of conserving creation for many years to come.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to hello@discoverhorizons.com with your order number and we’ll handle that for you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
In the lower 48, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after it's been processed. For Alaska and Hawaii please allow up to business 10 days to arrive.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, at this time it's a bit too expensive to ship internationally. However, we do plan to ship to Canada and parts of Europe in early 2020.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Discoverhorizons products are guaranteed for 20 days after the purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. The item must have been purchased ON discoverhorizons.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. For example, this means that as much as we love dogs – products cannot be returned with dog hair (or human hair) due to allergy/sanitary reasons. If used items are returned a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit. If your item was purchased at one of our retailers, unfortunately, an online return/exchange cannot be made. Please contact the store about making a return/exchange.

We use Shopify payments and offer Paypal payments on our website. That means that our site is secure and your information is safe on their servers not ours. We also use a SSL Certificate as an added layer of security on our website for our customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, and Discover Horizons discount codes.
