Shipping & Returns Information
Shipping is straightforward and quick! We do our very best to get your items in your hands as soon as possible. Your order will typically ship 1-5 days after purchase. Arrival times can vary depending on your location. We send a USPS / UPS tracking number via email- Contact us if you experience any problems.
Shipping weights are determined by the United States Postal Service and are based on the weight of the package.
DiscoverHorizons is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages that are returned to the sender via the USPS.
A few things we typically see:
- Your package doesn't arrive in the time specified on the website: USPS as our primary shipping carrier. They do not guarantee their shipping dates, and we cannot guarantee them either. However, we print and ship orders in-house every Monday-Friday and typically get packages out of our warehouse in under 48 hours. - Customers enter the wrong address: Your order is likely to get returned to us if the wrong address is entered at checkout; we will do the best we can to get the package to you but no guarantees.

Exchanges
Wrong size? No worries; exchanges are simple. All you need to do is ship the item back to our warehouse within 15 days of purchase. Please be sure to include an email containing the following information:
- Order Number and your name
- The product you'd like to exchange for
- If you want your order sent to a new address, please include it in your email.

That's it! Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once we receive the product back and inspect it, the new item will be sent out! Note: DiscoverHorizons is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. However, if we ship out something wrong or it's a mistake on our end, we'll cover the exchange shipping. If a shipping address was inputted by mistake on your end, we typically charge a flat $5.00 to resend the package.
